How do I sign up?
Our registration process is a little different.
Is there a waitlist?
Every event will offer a waitlist option, if spaces fill up.
Payment & Deposits
Currently we accept cash, checks, and Venmo.
Deposits are due when we receive your registration forms. Your registration will not be considered complete without your deposit.
The remainder of your balance is due 4 weeks prior to the trip's start date.
For some trips, you may be booking your lodging directly through our lodging provider. If this is the case, you will be held to their payment policy for your lodging portion as outlined by the lodging provider. In these direct booking cases for lodging, you will be paying your activity fee directly to gather2knit.
Cancellation Policy
We will make every effort to fill your spot, should you need to cancel.
If we can fill your spot, we will refund any payments made to gather2knit, less 20% of the total trip cost.
If we cannot fill your spot, we will refund 25% of the total trip cost.
For some trips, you may be booking your lodging directly through our lodging provider. If this is the case, you will be held to their cancellation policy for your lodging portion, as outlined by the lodging provider.
In a direct booking situation, we will refund 20% of your gather2knit activity fee.
